Domed Label Specifications

Flexible domed labels consist of printed base material that is covered with a thick, transparent polyurethane coating. The dome takes cures to the material and hardens into a crystal clear protective coating that gives your label a high-end look and feel.

Dome labels can be screen or digitally printed. Frequently used materials are shiny or matte silver, bright gold, brushed silver, white or clear. General Label has a wide variety of adhesives, including FLEXcon and 3M™ brand adhesives.

Domed labels are normally supplied multiple parts up on a liner sheet, protecting the adhesive until the label is applied.

Helpful Hints

• Labels must have minimum radius corners of .030"
• Average production time is 2-3 weeks
• Ideal for flat or slightly curved surfaces
• Please inform us of the type of surface and
  surface color that the label is being applied to.
